Once you have completed our basic tips, it's time to get a little more advanced.
By this time you're confidence should be up and you're already on a roll, so why not?
The next tip we have is to work on your backlinks by guest posting. Powerful Outreach said, "While guest posting is pretty straightforward – you find the sites that are related to you and have high domain authority – it’s still a multi-step process." Even though it takes some work to identify potential sites, reach out, pitch ideas, etc. if you get a few great backlinks you'll find it was worth it.
Another way you can get more advanced is by working on your headlines. You want your headlines to be engaging, clear, and unique! This might sound like a more basic tip, but it's actually pretty tricky to get a headline just right. Set aside some time in your day to play around with your headlines and ask your coworkers which are the most interesting. Don't forget the keywords!
Finally, get to fixing any code errors that are on your website. This is a little technical, but problems like 404 errors can impact the user experience on your site, the bounce rate, and your overall ranking. Practical Ecommerce has a great quick guide to fixing broken links.
If you've done all that, give yourself a pat on the back for a great SEO week! What will you accomplish next week?
