Should you use chatbots?

Are chatbots the right choice for your business?

They are really helpful when done right, and can be beneficial to your business. While it's true that some people don't like talking to a chatbot, Search Engine Journal reported, "40 percent don’t even care that a person might not be behind the chat. As long as they get the help they need, they’re happy."

The key is to create a chatbot that works very, very well. To do that you need to know what the most common questions are! Also, keep following up on the questions that the bot wasn't able to answer and update accordingly.
