Wait, how many companies don’t have an employer brand strategy?

Did you know that over a third of companies in the United States don't have an employer brand strategy? 

Small Biz Trends reported, "More than two thirds or 39.8% don’t know enough about it to come up with an employer brand strategy. Another 59.3% say they don’t have an employer branding strategy or they are not sure of their branding efforts."

If you're included in this statistic, it's time to buckle down. You want to be known as a company that is great to work for if you want to grow and succeed! Also, companies that have great employer brand strategy also have a really great perception from the public which is important. 

Figure out your values as a company and show the world how much you care about your employees. This is part of your overall brading!
